Policies

All passengers are required to show a Government issued Photo ID prior to boarding the shuttle.

Please be present 15 minutes prior to departure time, as we do leave on time.

Minor Travel/Parental Consent

Minor Riding Alone
( Any Passenger 12 -17 Years Old; Children Under The Age Of 12 Must Be Accompanied By A Passenger 18 Years Or Older).

Every minor riding alone on our shuttle must have:

Does not need a parental consent form

For a minor with a connecting shuttle:

Driver pays extra attention to make sure the minor is ok and on the shuttle Driver/Call Center Agent calls the parent or Legal Guardian to let them know that the minor is on the shuttle safely and heading to their next destination.

If minor’s connecting shuttle is at the St. George Shuttle office:

The driver makes sure that the minor checks in with the front desk so that we know he/she safely made it, and so we can contact the parent or legal guardian to update them on their child.
Every minor is required to have a signed Parental Consent Form (PCF) prior to boarding the shuttle. Parental Consent Forms are available for download here. Forms are also available at our office, or we can fax them to you. Car seats or booster seats are required on children ages 5 years and younger, and are not provided by the shuttle.

Refund Policy All fares are non-refundable, but we do offer travel credit for reservations that are cancelled 24 hours prior to travel departure time. We do not offer travel credit or refunds for no shows. Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled travel date will be charged for a new reservation. Travel Credits are good for only one year after the date the reservation is made.

Change Fee
A change fee of $5.00 per passenger is required at the time changes are made to their reservation.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
St. George Shuttle is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Item, or Items that are left behind on our shuttle. Liability for lost checked baggage is limited to the actual value not to exceed $200.00 per ticket.

Parking
Passengers using any of our shuttle services are allowed to park free of charge in our parking lot. Parking spots are available on a first come, first serve basis and can only be used for a maximun of two weeks.
To guarantee a parking spot, we have reserved parking available for $5 per day. Please call ahead to reserve this service.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed to travel on the shuttle. Please read our policy here

Bicycle Policy
Bikes must be in a bike box provided by the passenger. There can be only one bike box per van. An additional $30 bike fee will be paid to the driver or the $30 fee can be paid over the phone or with our front desk staff at time of booking when not booking on line.

Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed to check 2 bags. Any luggage in excess of 2 pieces will be $5 per additional piece. Please contact our office if you have additional luggage requirements, as arrangements do need to be made beforehand.
The driver is not responsible for lifting any luggage over 50 lbs. Anymore will be charged extra. If any issues arise with luggage due to an error by St George Shuttle, compensation is maxed at $200.00 per person.

Bags and Packages Warning
Passengers and Employees are not to accept packages or bags for people to take on our shuttle on their behalf. IE: If someone requests you to take their bag/package for them on your trip as if it were yours and deliver it to another person and you don’t know either of the individuals. This could be an attempt to traffic drugs, other paraphernalia, contraband or illegal black market items.

SLC Airport
The Loading/Unloading area is located on the ground level outside of door L2, and the Shuttle will be parked in the 2nd lane between pillars 2B and 3B

Airports / Flights
If you are trying to catch a flight we recommend you give at least 1 hour and 45 minutes or more before your schedul

In the event of a breakdown, we will dispatch another vehicle or use a 3rd party to help with the transit. If you miss your flight due to a vehicle breakdown, St George Shuttle will cover up to $100 per person in flight change fees and refund your shuttle fare. We are not responsible for things outside of our control such as weather, traffic, etc. We are not responsible for shuttle connections missed because of things outside of our control such as weather, traffic, etc.

How do we get to the shuttle from Terminal 3 in the Las Vegas Airport?
At Terminal 3, the inter-terminal shuttle is located on Level Zero in the center of the curb. The inter-terminal shuttle arrives to pick up passengers every 10-15 minutes and drops where we pick up at in Terminal one Zero level

How to find our pick up location in Terminal 1 in the Las Vegas Airport?
At Terminal 1, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero. From baggage claim, take the elevator or escalators (which are located between carousel’s 8-9 on the right side) down one level and exit the terminal building. Take the pedestrian crosswalk toward the covered parking garage to the courtesy shuttle stop. This is located in the second lane from the airport doors on the right side of the crosswalk between stalls 16-23.

Our Drivers have the right to refuse service to any passengers that act inappropriately, or are overwhelmingly sick have very poor hygiene. We strive to insure the safety of all customers and we will not allow one person to ruin that for the other passengers. Inappropriate behavior may include: causing issues with other passenger, excessively load, foul language, inebriated or under the influence
