St George Shuttle Frequently Asked Questions

At the Las Vegas Airport, you must meet The Driver who is stationed at his Van In the Parking area at Terminal One, Zero Level. Zero level is one level directly below the baggage claim. The van is clearly marked “St George Shuttle” or “St George Executive Shuttle”

At Terminal 1, the shuttle bus stop is located on Level Zero. From baggage claim, take the elevator or escalators (which are located between carousel’s 8-9 on the right side) down one level and exit the terminal building. Take the pedestrian crosswalk toward the covered parking garage to the courtesy shuttle stop. This is located in the second lane from the airport doors on the right side of the crosswalk between stalls 16-23.

At Terminal 3, the inter-terminal shuttle is located on Level Zero in the center of the curb. The inter-terminal shuttle arrives to pick up passengers every 10-15 minutes and drops where we pick up at in Terminal one Zero level

We pick up and drop off at terminal One at door “6” and “7” in the drop off lane.

Paid reservations are recommended to guarantee a seat.

This can be payable over the phone by credit card at the time you book your reservation. Credit card charges are non refundable.

We offer first come first serve complimentary parking for up to 14 days (two weeks). In the event there is not any free parking available or if you will be gone longer than two weeks, we have reserved parking at the cost of $5 a day.

You can make a reservation whenever you wish to do so.

Fares are non-refundable and can be used as a travel credit good for up to a year from the date of booking.
Travel Credits are applied only to changes made 24 hours before departure time.
There is a $5 per seat charge for any change after the reservation is booked.

St. George Shuttle is not responsible for items that are left behind on our shuttles but as a courtesy we will hold them for up to two weeks. If you believe you have left something on one of our shuttles after your trip please email info@stgshuttle.com or contact our office at 1-800-933-8320.

Due to airline delays and cancelations of flights due to weather, over bookings etc. The St George Shuttle / St George Executive Shuttle is not responsible for such delays and therefore assumes no responsibility to wait or delay other passengers. If your flight is delayed or canceled please contact the office as soon as possible to see if other departures have room available.

Where can I obtain the Parental Consent Form?

Minors are required to show School ID or a photocopy of birth certificate prior to boarding.

Car seats or booster seats are required on minors 8 years and younger

No, unfortunately we do not allow pets to ride on our shuttle.

St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive Shuttle service and its employees will not guarantee or assume responsibility for any of the following:

All customer Travel Connections

Loading or unloading passengers

Any delays due to conditions beyond St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle service’s control. For example, road conditions, weather, traffic, or vehicle break down beyond. If any of these conditions should happen and if St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle service is unable to provide that transport, only the cost of the St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive shuttle ticket will be refunded. St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle service’s will not he held liable for the cost of any other transportation that is not provided by St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle service. St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive will not assume any liability for flight delays if any of the above should occur.

Parking for our St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive shuttle passengers is allowed, we do not assume any responability for damge to any vehicle. If you leave your vehicle in the parking lot you are taking that risk at your own discretion

St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle services are not responsible for any automobile left on the premises.

Fares are non-refundable.

Specials will not be honored unless identified at time of reservation; are not refundable, changeable or retroactive.

Luggage Policies:

Passengers may bring two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on. If you have additional luggage requirements please contact our office

St. George Shuttle / St George Executive Shuttle assumes no monetary responsibility for lost or damaged luggage.

St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive airport shuttle services will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged luggage.

Passengers luggage is the sole responsibility of the passengers. It is the passenger’s responsibility to insure their luggage is loaded and unloaded from the shuttle. (As a courtesy, St. George Shuttle / St. George Executive drivers will assist passengers in loading luggage on and off of the shuttle.)

As a courtesy, St George Shuttle will hold lost and found items for a maximum of one week.
Government issued Photo ID required prior to boarding the shuttle.
